Terms of Service

By adding Korzax to a Discord server or signing in to the Korzax dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a community or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Korzax is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides moderation, security and community features such as Anti-Nuke, Automod, verification, welcome messages, leveling, tickets and logging.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, and features may change or be removed.

• You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for activity under it.
• A server's dashboard is available to its owner and to members who hold Manage Server or Administrator on that server.
• Anything you configure applies to your server. Make sure the people you grant management access are people you trust.

The invite link requests the Administrator permission so Anti-Nuke can undo destructive changes. You can limit what the bot can do by adjusting its role in your server, but some features will stop working if the permissions they need are missing.

You agree not to use Korzax to:

• harass, threaten or target people, or coordinate raids or other attacks on servers;
• collect tokens, passwords or other credentials, or distribute malware or scams;
• break Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or Developer Policy;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, its API or other users' data;
• send automated requests at a volume that degrades the service for others.

We may limit, suspend or block access to the bot or dashboard for a user or server that breaks these terms or puts the service or other communities at risk. You can stop using Korzax at any time by removing the bot from your server.

To the extent the law allows, Korzax and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of community membership arising from use of the service, including losses caused by Discord outages, API changes or misconfiguration. Security tools reduce risk; they cannot guarantee that an attack will be prevented.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced in the support server.
