Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Korzax collects when you use the bot and the dashboard, why, and what control you have. We collect what the features need to work and nothing we have no use for.

Signing in uses Discord OAuth with the identify and guilds scopes. Through them we receive:

• your Discord user ID, username and avatar;
• the list of servers you are in and your permissions there, used only to decide which servers you may manage.

We do not receive your password or email, and we do not post or message on your behalf. Your session is kept in an encrypted cookie in your browser and ends when you sign out or it expires.

Depending on which modules you enable, the bot stores or processes:

• server settings you configure, such as channel and role IDs, messages and rules;
• member activity needed for leveling and invite tracking, such as XP and who invited whom;
• ticket details and logs of the events you choose to record;
• moderation events, for example the user, action and reason when Automod or Anti-Nuke acts.

Message content is read in order to apply Automod rules and commands. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

• to provide and secure the features you turn on;
• to check that you are allowed to manage the server you are changing;
• to diagnose faults and prevent abuse of the service.

Data is shared with Discord as part of normal operation of the bot, and with infrastructure providers that host the service. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Server settings are kept while the bot is in your server. Removing the bot stops further collection. To ask for your data to be deleted, contact us in the support server with your Discord user ID or the server ID.

Dashboard requests are authenticated, and server-level actions are checked against your Discord permissions before they reach the bot. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong Discord password and two-factor authentication.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use Korzax. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below it.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above. Questions or requests can be raised in the support server.
